  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it (including all tags, accessories, and manuals).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size, wrong color) are eligible for return or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. You must provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization email with detailed instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable alternative packaging) and include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item back to our address (provided in the RA email). For non-defective items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund as follows:
  • For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item).
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process above and specify your exchange request when contacting customer service. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, you will be responsible for paying the difference (or we will issue a refund for the difference, if applicable).
